Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging with any service provided by Nexoraz. By enquiring about, enrolling in, or attending any Nexoraz programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

"Nexoraz", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the educational service provider operating under the name Nexoraz at 214 Rama III Road, Chong Nonsi, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120
"Participant" or "you" refers to any individual who enrols in or attends a Nexoraz programme
"Programme" refers to any educational service offered by Nexoraz, including Programme I, Programme II, and Programme III
"Session" refers to an individual meeting conducted as part of a Programme
"Materials" refers to written resources, guides, toolkits, and reports provided as part of a Programme

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all individuals who engage with Nexoraz's services. By submitting an enquiry, confirming enrolment, or attending a Session, you confirm that you:

Are aged 18 or over
Have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement
Accept these Terms in their entirety

3. Nature of Services

Nexoraz provides educational services relating to personal financial literacy. Our Programmes are educational in nature and are designed to help individuals understand financial documents, organise records, and reflect on their financial position. Nexoraz does not provide:

Financial advice or investment recommendations
Tax advice or legal advice
Financial product recommendations or referrals
Accounting services

Nothing shared in a Nexoraz session constitutes professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Participants should consult qualified professionals for such matters.

4. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A pre-programme consultation may be offered before enrolment, at no charge, to ensure the Programme is appropriate for your needs.

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are as follows:

Programme I — Financial Record-Keeping Basics: ฿3,200
Programme II — Understanding Financial Statements: ฿5,800
Programme III — Mid-Life Financial Recalibration: ฿16,000

All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include all Materials. Payment is due in full before the first Session. We accept bank transfer and cash payment at our Bangkok office. All fees are non-refundable except as set out in Section 6 below.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

By Participant:

Cancellation with more than 14 days' notice before the first Session: full refund
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the first Session: 50% refund
Cancellation less than 7 days before the first Session: no refund
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability, at no additional charge

By Nexoraz: If we need to cancel or reschedule a Session, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and offer an alternative date. If we cancel a Programme entirely, a full refund will be issued.

7. Conduct During Sessions

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and in good faith during Sessions. Nexoraz reserves the right to terminate a Session and the Programme without refund if a Participant's conduct is disruptive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

All Materials provided as part of Nexoraz Programmes — including guides, toolkits, annotated documents, and reports — are the intellectual property of Nexoraz. They are licensed to Participants for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share Materials with third parties without prior written consent from Nexoraz.

9. Confidentiality

Any personal financial information, documents, or details shared by Participants during Sessions will be kept strictly confidential. Nexoraz will not retain, copy, or reference such information after Programme completion. Our confidentiality obligations are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

Nexoraz's Programmes are educational tools. We make no representation that completing a Programme will result in any particular financial outcome. Results and the usefulness of knowledge gained will depend on individual circumstances and actions taken after the Programme concludes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Nexoraz's total liability to any Participant shall not exceed the Programme fee paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from participation in a Programme or use of Materials.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the Programme agreement. Participant cancellations are subject to the refund policy in Section 6. Nexoraz may terminate a Participant's enrolment for breach of these Terms, in which case no refund will be issued if the breach is material.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Nexoraz and the Participant with respect to the Programme
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website. Continued use of our services after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
